2017 Summer Tennis Season

New Rochelle Tennis Club is situated on two acres of land centrally located, in Wykagyl Park, a quiet residential neighborhood in New Rochelle, New York. The club is conveniently located in Westchester County, and is easily accessible via the Hutchinson River Parkway, the New England Thruway, Interstate 95, and Boston Post Road.

NRTC has eight meticulously maintained Har-Tru tennis courts. The club’s features include: locker rooms, a snack bar and a 24-hour tennis racquet repair service. Our pro-shop offers the most popular brands of tennis equipment and apparel.

In regards to inter-club tournaments, New Rochelle Tennis Club participates in the MITL and WCTL leagues in A ,B,C and Senior levels. Club championships run throughout the summer. Additionally, special events are held throughout the season, including Cardio Tennis, Member-Guest tournaments, Wood Racquet tournaments, as well as various fundraisers.  Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 8 pm and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 8am to 7pm. The clubhouse opens at 7am daily.

Over the years, the New Rochelle Tennis Club has hosted numerous top tennis players, including Bill Tilden, Ivan Lendl, Wojtek Fibak, and Steve Denton. Legendary tennis referee Jack Starr , Olympic athlete/announcer Marty Glickman and television personality Stone Philips have also been members here.

Continuing in 2017, is the successful Randy Eisenpress Tennis Academy, under the direction of our head pro.  This tennis program is perfect for juniors at all levels of play.  Members of our professional teaching staff are available by appointment for private and/or group instruction.
